Racing is my Passion
I have always loved driving! In summer of 2006 I asked my parents to sign me up for a racing school and I was hooked right after my first day in a kart.
Of course, soon I wanted to go faster and drive more challenging karts.
In summer of 2007 I finally got my own kart -a CRG Kali- and could start outdoor racing in late August.
My first Rotax Nationals in the Kali Kart.2008 was my first full Rotax Junior season, I finished: 2nd in the North East Regional Rotax Series and
3rd in the F1 club series
Grand National USA Championship in Shawano, WI, qualified 20/37 for final race.
In late 2008 I was invited to the Lyn St. James Women in the Winner's Circle Academy and I am currently a student of hers.
In 2009 we made a big step forward, with many fastest laps, pole positions and race wins at OVRP and F1 Boston and other tracks. Being able to run with the top guys for most of the week at the Grand Nationals in Norman, OK was also a big sucess. Even though a crash in the prefinal send me to the to the back, I was able to recover and move as high as 10the when I got run off the track and finished in 14th.
In 2010 I moved up to DD2 Rotax shifter karts. These are much harder to drive than Junior karts, especially with all the lead I have to carry to meet class minimum weight.
2011 In February Ekarting News Presentated the 2010 US Rotax Max Challenge National Points Leaders.
I was named the DD2 point champion and the only female Rotax champion for 2010
